New Art Series: The 13 Moon Goddesses
More and more, I am feeling the connection with the Earth and the feminine power of the moon cycles. This is my newest art collection, the “13 Moons” Each painting is a goddess that represents a moon meaning and special time of year.
These paintings were started in 2020 during the pandemic. The painting process carried over into 2021. They are various sizes, but all all painted with acrylic paint on canvas. Scroll down to learn more about each one!

The communication between woman and nature is essential to our wellbeing and understanding on this crazy journey of life. This painting was created in 2020. It emphasizes the importance of our relationship and communication with nature. It is essential to keep our eyes and ears open to the magic all around us and keep the balance in all things. The balance of between us and nature and us and others. It is necessary to appreciate the beauty in all things and keep our relationships in perfect balance to bring about even more beauty.

In honor of the solstice and the full moon, I present to you “Strawberry Moon.” Third in the series of moon goddess paintings.
The Summer solstice represents the transition from action to nourishment. A chance to enjoy the fruits of our labor and take a moment to enjoy life as the sun stands still.
Full Moons are said to be a culmination of all the events that were set into motion at the start of a New Moon. This full Strawberry Supermoon —the last full Moon of the spring or the first of the summer— is a moment of ripeness!
