In honor of the solstice and the full moon, I present to you “Strawberry Moon.” Third in the series of moon goddess paintings.

The Summer solstice represents the transition from action to nourishment. A chance to enjoy the fruits of our labor and take a moment to enjoy life as the sun stands still.

Full Moons are said to be a culmination of all the events that were set into motion at the start of a New Moon. This full Strawberry Supermoon —the last full Moon of the spring or the first of the summer— is a moment of ripeness!
